Get ready for the most cozy way to celebrate fall! This Apple Cider Sangria Mocktail combines crisp apple cider, cinnamon, ginger, and non alcoholic white wine for a drink that’s both festive and refreshing.
It’s so flavorful and sophisticated that your guests will never guess it’s alcohol-free. Plus everyone can enjoy it making it the perfect inclusive party drink.
Pair it with my Pumpkin Pasta Bake and a slice of Apple Spice Cake! It’s the perfect fall menu that captures the cozy, seasonal flavors everyone craves.
I’m not even kidding when I say this Apple Cider Sangria Mocktail has saved me at so many parties! A few years ago I threw it together for my friend’s annual Harvest Dinner, and everyone kept asking what was in it because it tasted so good for being non-alcoholic. Now it’s what I make for Thanksgiving and every other fall gathering.
Honestly, the method is kind of genius too because you can prep everything hours before and just dump in the ginger beer when people show up. And if you don’t have ginger beer or don’t like it (because I hear that a lot from people), no big deal! Throw in some ginger ale, flavored sparkling water, or some club soda… no matter what you do, it’s one of those recipes that just work.

Apple Cider Sangria Mocktail Ingredients
You only need seven simple ingredients to make this non alcoholic fall sangria. Keep reading for a few important notes.
- Non Alcoholic White Wine: I use the Moscato by Fre from Sutter Homes because it tastes great, is reasonably priced, and you can get it at a lot of grocery stores.
- Apple Cider: Support your local apple orchard and opt for farm fresh apple cider. If cider is not available, you can also use apple juice.
- Non Alcoholic Ginger Beer: This is typically in the “mixers” aisle of your grocery store. It adds bubbles and a delicious spiciness to the sangria.
- Simple Syrup: Make my homemade simple syrup or use store-bought.
- Apples and Pears: Use any types you prefer, I used Fuji apples and Bosc pears. Just make sure they are thoroughly washed, you donโt want wax and pesticides in your sangria, and thinly sliced.
- Cinnamon Sticks: Just make sure they are food grade cinnamon sticks.
How to Make an Apple Cider Sangria Mocktail
You won’t believe how easy this non alcoholic fall sangria is to make. Don’t forget to grab a large pitcher or punch bowl and your favorite glassware.
- MIX. To a large pitcher or punch bowl, add the thinly sliced apple, pear, and cinnamon sticks (if needed, break large cinnamon sticks in half or thirds). Pour in the non alcoholic white wine, apple cider, ginger beer, and simple syrup.
- CHILL. Refrigerator your Apple Cider Sangria Mocktail it’s thoroughly chilled. This also helps the flavors to develop, making your sangria even more delicious. Once chilled, stir and serve.

- Fix a โflatโ sangria. Just add a little club soda or ginger beer to bubble it back up.
- Make two versions for the party, one with non alcoholic white wine and one with alcoholic “regular” white wine. Just be sure to label them so your guests know which is boozy and which is not.
Easy Swaps and Substitutions
The great thing about this non alcoholic fall sangria is it’s very versatile. You can easily add different fruit juices and sliced fruits to change the flavor profile, or try my recommended swaps below.
Substitute the Moscato for other non alcoholic white wines like Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, or even sparkling white grape juice.
Not a fan of ginger beer? Swap it out for other carbonated drinks like club soda, flavored sparkling water, kombucha, or even ginger ale.
Amp up the fall flavor with a festive simple syrup. My Cardamom Syrup, Vanilla Simple Syrup, or Caramel Simple Syrup are all great options for this recipe.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQโs)
This sangria mocktail is best within 2 to 3 days, or until it loses it’s carbonation and becomes “flat.” I recommend adding a splash of ginger beer or club soda to add back carbonation and boost the flavors.

I made this for a Fall party and it was such a hit! Thanks for sharing!
Hi, great recipe! What other drink types can I use instead of ginger beer?
Hi Harman,
Instead of ginger beer you could use ginger ale soda. If you are wanting something other than ginger you could add lemon lime soda, plain tonic water or soda water, and even complimenting flavors of sparkling water. Anything that is carbonated and goes with the light apple cider will work in this sangria mocktail. So glad you are loving this recipe.

What a great mocktail! This is perfect for any night of the week.
The perfect fall mocktail!!
This is my new favorite fall cocktail. It is refreshing, not too sweet, and perfectly apple-y!
I love the beautiful fall atmosphere of this drink. I try to avoid too much alcohol, and having something like this on hand for fall entertaining will be a lifesaviour.
My family loved that they got all the flavor of a cocktail but none of the alcohol! Really lovely sangria!
I just LOVE the fruity flavors in this sangria, and it was nice to have a fancy non-alcoholic drink to share with friends that don’t drink/are driving home! This will be a welcome addition to our holiday table!
