I hope you’re not afraid of ghosts because this mocktail is frightening and delicious!

Honestly, it’s one of my favorite flavor combinations I have ever made because it reminds me of a coconut martini. It’s creamy yet light and has complexity like no other.

Pair your spooky mocktail with my Halloween Monster Cookies, Halloween Snack Mix, Halloween Hand Pies, or these leftover Halloween Candy Brownies!

Spooky Ghost Mocktail Ingredients

This mocktail is creamy and oh so flavorful! Here’s everything you will need and a few important notes too, keep reading.

  • Half and Half: This is what makes the mocktail super creamy and white! Feel free to use milk in it’s place, just keep in mind the color will be more cloudy.
  • Non Alcoholic Amaretto: I use Lyre’s Amaretti because the almond flavor is spot on and goes great with coconut. If you’re not a fan, you can use a white rum in it’s place.
  • Seedlip Spice 94: This is an aromatic spirit that is made to boost flavors in any mocktail. It makes such a huge difference in the flavor and takes it from a zero to a hero.
  • Cream of Coconut: I always Coco Re’al brand because I love the flavor. You can also use canned cream of coconut, just be sure to stir it up good prior to using.
  • Purple Sanding Sugar: This is a completely optional way to spruce up the rim of your glass. I used these.

How to Make a Spooky Ghost Mocktail

This is just a quick summary of the steps. The recipe card further down will have complete instructions.

1. Decorate your martini glass. Using a permanent marker, draw two eyes and an open (screaming) mouth onto a martini glass. Then dip the rim of the glass into some of the Coco Re’al and then the purple sprinkles.

2. Shake together the mocktail. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake, and pour into your glass. Serve immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

How can I make this spooky mocktail kid friendly?

To make this kid friendly omit the spirits and replace them with lemon lime soda like Sprite or 7 Up and a splash or two of coconut water. It will be more cloudy than the adult version.
