Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble! This Witches Brew Mocktail is easy to make and the perfect blend of tropical flavors and non alcoholic rum. Best part, it’s naturally green so you don’t have to add food coloring.

For a fun snack pairing, try my Halloween Monster Cookies, leftover Halloween Candy Brownies, Halloween Hand Pies, or this Halloween Snack Mix. It’s coated in a green marshmallow slime and goes great with this Halloween drink.

I whipped up this Witches Brew Mocktail for a last minute Hocus Pocus Halloween party, and it was a total hit. Everyone loves how it’s naturally green… and the taste! Tropical flavors plus a little non-alcoholic rum takes it to the next level.

The best part? It’s so quick to make. Perfect when you’re running around getting ready for a party. And since it’s alcohol-free, everyone can enjoy it. Trust me, it’s way better than those boring old punch bowls. Give it a shot – it’ll add some serious Halloween vibes to your night!

For another spooky Halloween mocktail, try my Spooky Ghost Mocktail or a Black Magic Mocktail. It’s also naturally colored but a little more sophisticated.

Witches Brew Mocktail Ingredients

Here’s the simple ingredients you will need to make this green mocktail and a few important notes too. Please keep in mind that swapping out ingredients can result in a color change.

  • Pineapple Juice: Make sure it’s canned, 100% pineapple juice. It’s bold yellow color is what makes this mocktail a true green.
  • Non Alcoholic Rum: I love using Lyre’s White Cane Spirit with tropical flavors, so it only seemed fitting. You can use another zero proof spirit or leave it out if you prefer.
  • Lemon Juice: This added tartness helps to cut through some of the sweetness. Go for freshly squeezed, it’ll taste the best!
  • Blue Curacao Syrup: It’s just like blue curacao (orange) but in simple syrup form. I use the DaVinci brand.
  • Club Soda: This is used for a bubbly, light note. Feel free to sub for lemon lime soda, tonic water, or other mineral water.

Make It Even Spookier!

Here are a few ways you can customize this mocktail and take it to the next level!

  • Use dry ice to crease a smoky potion effect, just be sure to handle it safely.
  • Rim the glasses with colored sugar (black, green, or purple) or add edible glitter for a magical touch.
  • Garnish with fun straws, gummy worms, gummy eyeballs for a creepy-crawly twist.

Halloween Party Serving Tips

Making one is easy, but making a big batch can be tricky. If you’re making this Witches Brew Mocktail for a party, keep reading because I have a couple tips to help you out.

1. Freeze a portion in ice cube trays. This will keep your mocktail cool without watering it down. You can also add some fake spiders, gummy worms, or things like that to make the ice cubes look spooky.

2. Use a cauldron for serving (instead of a punch-bowl), it’ll enhance the witchy theme. If you’re worried about plastics or metal seeping into the drink, place a glass bowl down into the cauldron first.

3. Make it ahead of time and store in the refrigerator. You’ll want to add everything together except for the club soda. Once you’re ready to serve it, add the club soda and give it a really good stir.
