RECIPE NOTES
Other Brands of Alcohol Removed White Wine-Riesling by Giesen is the more sweet than my recommendation above. There is also Pinot Grigio by Giesen which is dry, but not as dry as the Sauvignon Blanc by Surely. I recommend a dryer wine for those that do not prefer sweet mocktails.
PARTY SERVING TIPS
Make it the night before. Combine all the ingredients (except for the ginger beer) and refrigerate. Right before serving, pour in the ginger beer and stir.
Serve more cinnamon sticks, apple, and pear slices on the side. This allows your guests to place them within their punch, like you see pictured.
Fix a "flat" sangria. Just add a little club soda to bubble it back up.
Make two versions for the party, one with alcohol removed wine and one with alcoholic wine. Just be sure to label them!
