Creamy Mango Lemonade Ingredients

  • Lemons: We will use both the zest and juice, so make sure you clean your lemons well.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: This gives our creamy lemonade the perfect consistency, so don’t leave this out and don’t mistake it for evaporated milk either.
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Water and Ice
  • Mango: Feel free to use frozen or fresh mango, just make sure it has been chopped into chunks before using.

How to Make Creamy Mango Lemonade

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

Do I need to use a blender?

NO, not at all. The blender gives this drink a slushy consistency which is perfect for summer but not required. Without the blender you will follow the recipe as directed and the only difference is your ice and fruit will stay whole and you will be stirring instead of blending.

Can Creamy Mango Lemonade be made ahead of time?

I do not recommend making it ahead of time or the drink will melt and separate. It is best served cold and as you need it.

RECIPE NOTES

  • I used mango chunks from the frozen section of the grocery store. I brought them to come to room temperature before blending.

I just made this and my whole family loved it. I have two boys that would never eat mango and they both loved it! I couldn’t fit all 6 cups of water into my Vitamix along with the other lemonade ingredients, so I ended up leaving out 2 cups of water. I later realized I could have poured it into a larger pitcher and stirred it together. Oh well. It was delicious and just right. Thanks for the amazing recipe!!!! Will definitely be making again and probably as an adult drink 😉

    • Oh yay! I am so glad you and your family loved it! This makes me so happy!
And an adult version would be great with coconut rum.
