This better than store bought Sriracha Aioli is made with 5 simple ingredients- mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, fresh lime juice, grated garlic clove, and a pinch of salt.
I am not a huge fan of spice and for so long I thought sriracha sauce was something I could never enjoy… my palate can’t take things that are overly spicy. On top of that, sriracha has been painted to be a condiment that torches your taste buds.
In reality, sriracha sauce amplifies and accentuated flavors so beautifully. The sweet tang with garlic and smoky chili notes are so dang delicious! It really kicks bland foods and flavors up a notch without being too spicy.
If you’re worried about this sriracha aioli being too hot for your taste buds, FEAR NOT! The fat and creaminess from the mayonnaise, along with the lime juice and pinch of salt, really tame the spice.
You can always reduce the amount of sriracha if you need too. But remember, this recipe was developed by a girl who also fears the spice. Wink, wink!

What is Sriracha Aioli?
Sriracha Aioli is a super creamy, zippy, and slightly spicy sauce. It is made with mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, freshly grated garlic clove, and a pinch of salt. It is often called sriracha mayo.
I bet you’re wondering, what is Sriracha? Well, Sriracha Sauce is a combination of cayenne peppers, red jalapeno peppers, and garlic. It adds unbelievable flavor and a smooth heat. It pairs well with sweet, citrusy, fresh ingredients. This makes it the perfect partner to a homemade aioli.

How to Make Sriracha Aioli in 2 Minutes
PRO TIP: Refrigerate the Sriracha Aioli sauce for at least 30 minutes for even better flavor!
Storing Information:
Sriracha Aioli should always be stored in the refrigerator and in an airtight container. I prefer storing mine in a glass jar.
If stored properly, the spicy aioli sauce has the same life as the mayonnaise used (so check it’s expiration date). If unsure of expiration date, up to one month is a safe bet. Always check the sauce prior to using for mold spores and a foul smell.
