Tips for Even Better Loaded Leprechaun Popcorn

  1. Use plain popcorn. I used microwave popcorn but you can also do air popped or bagged, pre-popped, plain popcorn.
  2. For the marshmallow mixture, once that last marshmallow is melted take it off the heat immediately.
  3. Add other goodies like roasted nuts, chocolate chips, and green chocolate drizzle, etc.
  4. Make this loaded popcorn into party favors by putting into cellophane baggies and tying with festive ribbon.

Growing up, St. Patricks Day was always a big deal since my family is of Irish heritage. I always try to honor the day in some way so my kids can carry on that pride! I made a practice popcorn batch before the actual day and it was incredible! Easy to pull together, and so delicious. Can’t wait for my kids to take a bite, thank you!
