This Peaches and Cream Mocktail is fresh, creamy, and perfectly peachy. It mixes up in under 5 minutes and there’s even a bonus recipe for my homemade peach syrup.

There’s nothing I love more than peach, and this Peaches and Cream Mocktail is actually peachy (which is hard to come by).

We use not only fresh peaches, but we also use a peach syrup. This gives you the perfect balance of fresh peach and a jammy peach flavor. Combine that with some rich half & half and you have the yummiest dessert-like mocktail. It’s indulgent but refreshing at the same time which is perfect for late summer.

If you’re looking for another peach drink, you might want to try this Peach Basil Mocktail. It’s the sweet-savory take on a peach mocktail.

Peaches and Cream Mocktail Ingredients

Here’s everything you will need to make this mocktail, and a few important notes too. Keep reading!

  • Fresh Peach: Make sure it’s very ripe and juicy or your mocktail will be lacking in flavor. Wash and dry it first too!
  • Peach Syrup: Use store-bought syrup or take a few extra minutes to make my homemade syrup.
  • Half & Half: This gives our mocktail the creamy element. Feel free to swap it out for light coconut milk if you’re looking for a dairy-free or vegan version.
  • Sparkling Water: Feel free to use your favorite brand. You can also use club soda, tonic water, or mineral water depending on what you have on hand.

How to Make my Peaches and Cream Mocktail

This mocktail is so simple, it literally takes a maximum of 5 minutes to make. Just muddle together the fresh peach and peach syrup. Stir in the half & half and top it off with sparkling water. That’s it! Feel free to fancy it up with a mint and fresh peach garnish.

Helpful Recipe Tips

Make the peach syrup homemade. Homemade syrups are monumentally better than store-bought, plus they don’t included added preservatives and food coloring. If you want to go this route, I did include my recipe below.

Be careful to not add too much sparkling water. Using too much will water down your Peaches and Cream Mocktail. I recommend starting with a small amount and taste testing before adding more. Keep adding until it’s perfect to your taste preferences.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

What if I do not have a cocktail muddler?

No problem! You can easily use your food processor or blender. This is also a great option if you don’t want chunks of fresh peach in your mocktail.

Can I use frozen or canned peaches in place of fresh?

Yes, either works just as good. If you do use frozen or canned peaches you will need about 1/4 cup. And for frozen peaches you will want to let them thaw first so you can easily muddle the drink together.

EQUIPMENT

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ fresh peach - diced
  • 2 tablespoons peach syrup
  • 1 tablespoon half & half
  • sparkling water - or club soda, tonic water, mineral water

Homemade Peach Syrup (makes enough for 2 to 3 mocktails)

  • ½ fresh peach - diced
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar - or raw cane syrup
  • 2 tablespoons water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a glass, muddle together the diced peach and peach syrup. Add the half & half and stir together until combined. Top it off with club soda and stir again until combined.
  • I recommend adding a small amount of club soda and taste testing before adding more. Too much will “water down” the mocktail and not enough will result in a heavy peach milk flavor.
  • Garnish with mint or a slice of fresh peach and serve!

Homemade Peach Syrup

  • Add diced fresh peach, granulated sugar, and water to a saucepan. Bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover with lid. Allow the mixture to cook down for 15 minutes before removing from the heat.
  • Once slightly cooled, strain the peach syrup from solids and store it in a jar. It should be kept in the refrigerator and enjoyed within a month.

RECIPE NOTES

  • Swap out the half & half for light coconut milk if you’re looking for a dairy-free or vegan mocktail.
  • No muddler? No problem! Use a food processor or blender instead. This is also a good option if you don’t want peach chunks or pulp in your mocktail.
  • Use frozen or canned peaches instead of fresh. Half of a peach is equivalent to about 1/4 cup of diced peaches. If you use frozen, allow them to thaw in your cup before muddling.
  • If you opt for store-bought peach syrup, I highly recommend Wabry Organic Peach Syrup. It’s the closest in flavor to homemade and has no food colorings or harmful preservatives.
