RECIPE NOTES
*If using unflavored mineral water, tonic water, or club soda, add a tablespoon of lime juice to the mojito.
Storing Information:
This drink is best stored in the refrigerator and in an airtight drink container. The mineral water will lose it's fizziness so you may need to add a splash when you go back to drink it.
For Serving Large Parties (Big Batch):
For 8-10 servings use 2 pounds of strawberries, 1 large bunch of mint leaves, 1/2 cup simple syrup, 2 liters sparkling water, and 3-4 limes.
A few tips: (1) use a food processor to muddle together the strawberries and mint leaves, and (2) freeze ice cubes of sparkling water so you do not add water to your drink with regular ice cubes.
