INSTRUCTIONS
To a copper mug, add a dash of non alcoholic aromatic bitters, freshly squeezed lime juice, and tonic water. If using ice, fill the copper mug half full of crushed ice.
Top it off with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of fresh mint.
Stir well to combine and sip.NOTE: If the mocktail is bitter add a splash of liquid sweetener like agave, simple syrup, or honey.
