Black Magic Mocktail
This elegant and spooky Black Magic Mocktail is perfect for celebrating Halloween. Best part, it's naturally black and doesn't use food coloring or activated charcoal.

- cocktail shaker - with strainer top
- muddler - metal
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- To a cocktail shaker add fresh blackberries and muddle until the juices are released.
- Add the pineapple juice, blue curacao syrup, non alcoholic gin, and ice (optional). Vigorously shake until well combined and the exterior of the cocktail shaker is frosty.
- Pour Black Magic Mocktail into a coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh blackberry by cutting it a third of the way from the bottom and sliding it on the lip of the coupe glass. Optional garnish, a sprig of rosemary.NOTE: If your cocktail shaker does not have a strainer top, you'll want to use a fine mesh strainer to strain away the blackberry pulp and seeds.
