Instructions
Into a glass, pour the blue Curacao simple syrup, orange sparkling water, and optional non alcoholic vodka. Gently stir together.
Add ice cubes or crushed ice to the glass, if desired.
Slowly pour over the lemonade, careful to not disturb the blue layer too much.
Gently stir together and garnish with an orange slice. Sip!

CHILL THE INGREDIENTS prior to making so there is no need for added ice.
CAN’T FIND BLUE CURACAO SYRUP? Make a homemade
orange simple syrup
or use store-bought and add a few drops of blue food coloring to it.
AMP UP THE LEMON AND ORANGE FLAVORS by adding freshly squeezed lemon juice or orange juice.
MAKE AHEAD OF TIME but no more than 2 to 3 hours before serving. Make sure it is refrigerated in individual glasses or in a large pitcher.
Make A Blue Lagoon Cocktail
Replace the blue Curacao syrup with blue Curacao liqueur. Add a splash or two of vodka to suite your taste preferences.
