Instructions
With a wire whisk or hand mixer, whip together the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy (about 2 to 3 minutes).
Add the minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper, and whip until well combined (about 1 minute).
Fold in the chopped green onions.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
With a whisk, whip the chilled Green Onion Dip again before spreading into a bowl or serving dish.
Top with more green onions and serve with a variety of dippers (recommendations below).

Storing Information:
Refrigerated, in an airtight container, up to 4 days. Mix well before eating.
Freezing is not recommended.
