This Dunkaroo Dip, also known as Cake Batter Dip, has been elevated to meet adulthood. It is easy, indulgent, and perfect for parties and entertaining. Serve with fresh fruit, cookies, or sweet crackers.
Add the boxed cake mix to a bowl. Microwave for four 15 second increments, stirring between each increment (necessary to kill any living pathogens in the dry cake mix).
Set aside and allow the boxed cake mix to cool completely.
In a large bowl add the boxed cake mix, Greek yogurt, whipped cream, and vanilla extract.
Using a whisk, hand held mixer, or stand mixer, whip the mixture until completely combined, light, and creamy.
Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate an hour or overnight (to chill and allow the flavors to meld together and amplify).
Serve Dunkaroo Dip with fresh fruits, crackers, or cookies.
