This Spicy Jalapeno Margarita Mocktail recipe has the perfect amount of spicy flavor, but not too much! It is bright, fresh, and will surely quench your thirst.
To a small saucepan add the water and granulated sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring occasionally. It should become clear and all the sugar dissolved.
Add the jalapeno slices and simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, cover with a lid, and allow the Jalapeno Simple Syrup cool to room temperature.
Pour into an airtight glass jar or container and refrigerate for up to 3 months.
Spicy Jalapeno Margarita Mocktail
To a glass add ice, lime juice (limeade), tonic water, orange juice, and jalapeno simple syrup.
Stir well to combine.NOTE: Taste test your spicy margarita here. Add more syrup for spice or more lime juice (limeade) for less spice.
Garnish with lime slices and jalapeno slices. Sip!

Freeze into cubes and then in a plastic bag, up to a year.
