Instructions
Steep Earl Grey Tea
Pour boiling water over tea bags in a heat-proof glass. Allow it to steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags.
How to Make Boba
Boil the water and add boba. Cook according to package instructions.
In a small bowl combine the simple syrup and 1 tablespoon of the prepared Earl Grey tea with the boiled boba. Allow it to sit for at least 10 minutes.
Earl Grey Milk Tea
To a glass add the prepared boba (optional), simple syrup, ice, cooled to room temperature Earl Grey tea, and half and half.
Stir well and sip!
