maple syrup

Instructions
Rosemary Maple Syrup
In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup on medium heat until it simmers.
Remove from heat and submerge a sprig of rosemary in the maple syrup.
Cover the saucepan and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Once cooled remove the rosemary sprig and place in a glass container or jar. Refrigerate.
Rosemary Maple Bourbon Sour
In an ice filled glass add the bourbon, lemon juice, and rosemary maple syrup.
Stir until combined and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon slice.
