Instructions
To a small bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, prepared horseradish, fresh lemon juice, grated garlic clove, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until well combined and smooth.
NOTE:
Taste test the aioli sauce and adjust to taste preferences.
Pour Horseradish Aioli into an airtight jar or container.
Refrigerate overnight (to amplify flavors) prior to serving and eating.

Refrigerated, in an airtight container, for 7 to 10 days.
Freezing is not recommended.
