This better than store bought, 2 minute Sriracha Aioli Sauce is super creamy and spicy, with the perfect amount of garlic. It is 5 ingredients and so effortless. Let's make it!
In a small bowl add mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, freshly grated garlic, and salt.
Mix until well combined.
Pour Sriracha Aioli in an airtight glass container. OPTIONAL: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to using. This will meld together and amplify the flavors.

Sriracha Aioli has the same life as the mayonnaise used (so check it's expiration date). If unsure of expiration date, up to one month.
