Preheat oven to 375 °F and prepare a 9×13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stirring frequently, continue to cook the ground beef until browned, about 10 minutes. NOTE: If there is an excess of grease, strain it off prior to moving on.
While the ground beef cooks, prepare the sriracha aioli. In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic, and salt. Set aside.
To the browned ground beef, add the mayonnaise and cheddar cheese. Stir until the mixture is well combined and set aside.
Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the prepared baking dish.
Top the bottom half of the buns with 5 of the cheddar cheese slices, then the ground beef mixture, sriracha aioli, the remaining 5 slices of cheddar cheese, and the top half of the slider buns.
Evenly brush the top of the sliders with the melted butter. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
Bake the sliders uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted. The tops of the sliders should be slightly browned as well. NOTE: If the top buns become too dark during the baking process, loosely cover them with aluminum foil.
Eat hot out of the oven.

Notes
Storing Information:
Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to three days.
Reheating Information:
Reheat in the oven at 375° F for 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds or until warmed.
Make Ahead Information:
I recommend making the burger mixture and sriracha aioli up to three days in advance. Then all you have to do is construct the sliders and pop them in the oven! Try not to construct these anymore than a few hours ahead of time. The slider buns will get soggy from the excess moisture.
