Homemade Cranberry Juice

cranberries
fresh

water

honey
Instructions
To a champagne flute add the cranberry juice, pear juice, and champagne.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and pear slices.
Homemade Cranberry Juice
Place the cranberries and water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cover the pot. Allow it to simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour the cranberry juice mixture through a sieve and into a large measuring cup.
Add the honey and stir thoroughly. This is a great time to test the cranberry juice and add more honey if desired.
Pour into a glass jar or container and place in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
