UNSALTED BUTTER ALL- PURPOSE FLOUR GRANULAR SUGAR VODKA WATER

STEP 1

ADD flour and sugar to the food processor, pulse until incorporated.

STEP 2

ADD unsalted butter chunks and pulse until the mixture is sandy and the butter is in pea sized chunks.

STEP 3

ADD vodka and then one tablespoon of water at a time until the dough comes together into a ball.
