The toasty bread is topped with melty Mozzarella cheese, sweet and spicy tomato chutney, balsamic glaze, and fresh parsley.
A DELICIOUS TAKE ON CLASSIC BRUSCHETTA
Tomatoes; finely chopped Red peppers; finely chopped Green onions; finely chipped Apple cider vinegar Red wine vinegar Granular sugar Mustard seeds Chili powder Salt
Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce and allow it to simmer for 2½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Remove chutney from heat, can, and refrigerate.
Loaf Pane Toscano Olive oil Garlic cloves; halved Mozzarella cheese; the loaf kind Tomato Chutney Balsamic Glaze Parsley Salt & pepper; to taste
Slather bread with olive oil and toast. Infuse with garlic. Add slice of mozzarella and broil. Add the chutney, a drizzle of balsamic, and parsley. SERVE!
