Combine together shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning packet, and cheddar cheese. Spread into a cast iron skillet and top with mozzarella cheese.

DIRECTIONS

Smoke at 300 degrees F for 1 hour. Remove from the smoker and top with chopped green onions. Serve immediately!
