RICOTTA CHEESE OLIVE OIL THYME MINCED GARLIC SALT & PEPPER RED GRAPES OLIVE OIL SALT & PEPPER TOASTED BAGUETTE SLICES (1/2" THICK)

Preheat oven to 400° F. Toss together grapes, olive oil, salt and pepper in a baking dish. Roast for 25- 30 minutes Remove from the oven.

STEP 1

Blend together      ricotta cheese      olive oil      minced garlic      thyme      salt and pepper until smooth and well combined

STEP 2

Spoon dip onto a serving dish, top with roasted grapes, olive oil and thyme. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
