PIE DOUGH (HOMEMADE, STORE BOUGHT, LEFTOVER DOUGH SCRAPS) EGG WASH (EGG AND WATER) CINNAMON SUGAR (OPTIONAL)

STEP 1

Prep and Roll out pie dough or scraps.  Cut out cookie shapes with cookie cutters or chip shapes with a pizza cutter or knife.

STEP 2

Brush on the egg wash and sprinkle half with cinnamon sugar. Bake until golden brown and puffy.
