6 cups popcorn 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips 1 tbsp canola oil ½ package Pumpkin Pie Spice pudding cinnamon 1 cup Nilla wafers ¾ cup caramel bits ½ cup chopped pecans fall sprinkles
Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour the popcorn, Nilla wafers, caramel bits, and chopped pecans into a large bowl.
Melt the white chocolate chips with the Canola oil in your microwave for 30 second increments until smooth. Add the pumpkin pie spice pudding and mix until smooth.
Pour the white chocolate mixture over the popcorn and goodies. Toss together and pour onto your prepared cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sprinkles and cinnamon. Allow to dry.
