PUFF PASTRY MINCED (GROUND CHICKEN) ONION SOUP MIX WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE BROWN MUSTARD TOMATO PASTE (OR KETCHUP) BLACK PEPPER EGG + 1 TSP OF WATER (WHISKED)
MIX together chicken, onion soup mix, Worcestershire, mustard, tomato paste, and black pepper. CUT puff pastry into 3 pieces and roll out to a thinner consistency. FILL center of puff pastry with minced chicken filling.
BRUSH both sides of puff pastry with the egg wash. FOLD over and seal the two sides together tightly. CUT into 6-8 pieces and place on a baking sheet.
BRUSH chicken sausage rolls with egg wash and lightly score the tops. BAKE until golden brown. SERVE immediately.
