WITH HOMEMADE CRANBERRY JUICE!
2 cups cranberries; fresh 2 cups water ¼ cup honey
Bring your cranberries and water to a boil. Simmer them for 20 minutes. Strain and add in your honey. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
1 ½ ounces cranberry juice 1 ½ ounces pear juice 3 ounces champagne cranberries; garnish pear slices; garnish
To a champagne flute add the cranberry juice, pear juice, and champagne. Garnish with fresh cranberries and pear slices.
