INGREDIENTS

ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR GRANULAR SUGAR BAKING POWDER SALT WHOLE MILK EGGS vegetable OIL

Whisk together dry ingredients      flour      sugar      baking powder      salt Whisk together wet ingredients      eggs      milk      vegetable oil

STEP 1 & 2

Combine wet and dry ingredients with a spatula...      only 18 folds and then stop or       you will over mix the batter       and your muffins will be       tough.

STEP 3

Divide batter...       fill each cavity of a standard       muffin tin 2/3 of the way full Bake...      400° F for 12-17 minutes.
